Diana's photographer captures anniversary  ~ Guradian

Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, celebrate their first wedding anniversary today with a picture taken by Mario Testino - otherwise known as Princess Diana's favourite photographer.

Five other photographs of the royal couple were taken in the garden and inside Clarence House by Testino. They will be published in the May issue of British Vogue

NOT just a photograph but a pitch for future work. Mario Testino, the world famous photographer, has made little secret of his desire to do a shoot with Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, on her own as he once did with Diana, Princess of Wales.

The colour portrait was shot by Mario Testino, best known for his images of Princess Diana, and the new pictures were seen as part of Royal Family's ongoing campaign to "glamorise" Charles's second wife.

Reminds me of those plastic mannequins. She didn't even look like that when she was in her twenties. Simply ridicule. She is 60 (almost).

Why did Charles even choose him? Such a strange choice. Mario Testino is so closely connected to Diana.

Major airbrushing in that picture.  Not only that they were touched for the couple to look slimmer.  One episode in the
Taira Banks Show showed how this all done.  Camputer can warp you into a super model or an alien.  Celebs used the
concept all the time from regular photoshoots to albun covers.

All pictures of famous people are slightly modified, I really don't any problem. I am sure many of the pictures of Diana, Princess of Wales were also "slightly" modified.

 True enough Windsor.........but not many of them made her appear to be 20 years younger.......on her wedding day she would have looked like a fetus!!
